ℹ️ Utility checks content of technogenic and natural radionuclides according to ChP 2020 (Chapter 2361), WHO and IAEA standards:
• Cesium-137 (Cs-137): ≤100 Bq/kg
• Strontium-90 (Sr-90): ≤50 Bq/kg
• Iodine-131 (I-131): ≤20 Bq/kg
• Radium-226 (Ra-226): ≤100 Bq/kg
• Thorium-232 (Th-232): ≤100 Bq/kg
• Total alpha activity: ≤100 Bq/kg
• Total beta activity: ≤200 Bq/kg
⚠️ CRITICAL: Radionuclides cause stochastic effects (cancer, genetic mutations) without threshold dose!
Strontium-90 replaces calcium in bones, Cesium-137 distributes in soft tissues.
Raw materials from regions with nuclear facilities or geological anomalies are highest risk group.

Risk groups by raw material and region:
• Mushrooms (Ganoderma, Cordyceps) — bioaccumulators of cesium-137
• Seaweeds (Laminaria) — accumulate iodine and strontium from seawater
• Rhizomes (Ginseng, Licorice) — absorb radium and thorium from deep soil layers
• Regions: Chernobyl zone, Fukushima, Urals, uranium/rare earth mining areas
— WHY IS THIS NEEDED?
Radiological control is mandatory element of herbal raw material safety:
• Consequences of nuclear tests and accidents (Chernobyl, Fukushima) created global Cs-137/Sr-90 background
• Natural radionuclides (U/Th series) are elevated in regions with granite soils and deposits
• Plants actively concentrate nuclides: accumulation factors can reach 10-100
• Long-term TCM intake leads to chronic internal exposure
⚠️ CRITICAL:
• Cs-137 ≤100 Bq/kg — 30-year half-life, gamma+beta emitter
• Sr-90 ≤50 Bq/kg — pure beta emitter, osteotropic, causes leukemia and bone cancer
• I-131 ≤20 Bq/kg — short-lived (8 days), but dangerous for thyroid gland
• Ra-226/Th-232 ≤100 Bq/kg — alpha emitters, high relative biological effectiveness
• Gross Alpha/Beta — screening parameters for detecting hidden contamination

💡 Usage tips:
1. Gamma spectrometry (HPGe detector) is gold standard for Cs-137, Ra-226, Th-232, K-40
2. Sr-90 requires radiochemical separation and measurement on low-background beta counter
3. Samples must be dried, ground and hermetically sealed for radon equilibrium (21 days for Ra-226)
4. If Gross Alpha/Beta exceeded, specific nuclide identification is mandatory
5. For marine raw materials, additionally control Pu-239/240 if contamination suspected
⚠️ Note: Unlike chemical toxins, radiation hazard DOES NOT DEPEND on chemical form of substance. Cs-137 atom in organic molecule is as dangerous as in inorganic salt. Moreover, effect is CUMULATIVE: each taken dose adds to previous one. Therefore, even levels below MRLs with daily TCM intake over years can create significant effective radiation dose. Control must be STRICT and SYSTEMATIC.

Утилита предназначена для детерминированной проверки данных input.csv, формирования структурированного результата output.json и поддержки прослеживаемого QA/QC review.

3. URS — пользовательские требования
3.1 Цель и область применения
Система должна принимать табличные результаты лабораторного контроля, выполнять проверку по заранее заданным критериям и возвращать понятный статус по каждой серии/записи: Pass, Review или Fail.
3.2 Нормативная / методическая база
В исходном описании и правилах утилиты используются следующие ориентиры: ChP 2020, ChP, USP, EP, WHO, EMA, IAEA, МАГАТЭ. Финальные лимиты должны быть подтверждены утверждённой спецификацией, монографией, SOP или протоколом трансфера метода.
3.3 Ключевые QC-проверки

3.5 Требования к данным и Data Integrity
- каждая строка CSV должна быть прослеживаемой к серии, образцу или измерению;
- исходные значения не должны изменяться утилитой;
- расчёты должны быть воспроизводимыми при повторном запуске;
- любое отклонение должно сохраняться как структурированное finding с указанием поля и правила;
- ручное изменение итогового статуса вне QA-процесса не допускается.
4. FS — функциональная спецификация
4.1 Поток обработки
- Проверить наличие и кодировку
input.csv. - Проверить заголовки, обязательные поля и типы данных.
- Нормализовать числовые и булевы значения без изменения исходного следа.
- Выбрать набор правил по категории продукта/типа, если он предусмотрен.
- Сравнить значения с лимитами и вычислить derived metrics.
- Сформировать запись результата по каждой строке.
- Сохранить
output.jsonс общей сводкой, findings и traceability.

1. Document purpose
This document defines user requirements (URS) and functional specification (FS) for TcmRadionuclidesControlQualityChecker. The utility is intended to evaluate input.csv data deterministically, generate structured output.json output and support traceable QA/QC review.
This document is a project-level URS/FS baseline for CSV/CSA, IQ/OQ/PQ and further validation under an approved laboratory procedure.

3.1 Intended use and scope
The system shall accept tabular laboratory QC results, evaluate them against configured acceptance criteria and return a clear status for each batch or record: Pass, Review or Fail.
3.2 Regulatory / methodological basis
The source description and utility rules refer to the following framework: ChP 2020, ChP, USP, EP, WHO, EMA, IAEA, МАГАТЭ. Final acceptance limits shall be confirmed by the approved specification, pharmacopoeial monograph, SOP or method-transfer protocol.

- manual override of the final status outside QA process is not allowed.
