Utility description: Multiomics Classifier QC

Multiomics Classifier QC Checker — Quality Control for Multi-Omics Integrated Classifiers

Performs comprehensive verification of multi-omics classifier predictions per FDA SaMD guidance, EU IVDR Annex I and GA4GH standards: per-layer quality scores (genomics ≥0.80, transcriptomics ≥0.80, methylomics ≥0.80, proteomics ≥0.75, fragmentomics ≥0.80), cross-omics concordance (≥0.70) with discordant layer identification, ensemble prediction confidence (≥0.75) and model uncertainty (≤0.20), minimum layer availability (≥3), triple control verification (positive, negative, cross-layer), and same-sample origin check. Four-tier classification: RELIABLE / PARTIAL_DATA / DISCORDANT_LAYERS / TECHNICAL_FAIL.

⚠️ Critical: Multi-omics integration AMPLIFIES individual layer errors. Discordance requires INVESTIGATION (biological vs technical). Partial data acceptable ONLY if model validated for incomplete inputs. High model uncertainty = unreliable prediction regardless of confidence. Cross-layer control failure = integration problem. Discordance may be clinically informative, not just technical issue.
