Urology Biomarker Result Checker — Final Verification of Urology Biomarker Test Results

Performs result verification per CAP/CLIA §GEN.48800, ISO 15189 §7.4, EAU Guidelines 2026, NCCN Prostate Cancer Early Detection v2.2026 and AUA Best Practice Statements: analytical validity (QC passed, within assay range, delta check), confounding factors (5-ARI PSA adjustment mandatory, ejaculation <48h, catheterization <7d, active prostatitis, hematuria affecting urine markers), clinical context completeness (DRE performed, prostate volume for PSAD, mpMRI before biopsy per EAU 2026, prior biopsy history, family history), marker-specific checks (free/total ratio at PSA 4–10, PSAD >0.15 threshold, PCA3 ≥35, UroVysion aneusomy ≥4 cells, risk score categorization), and report completeness (recommendation, limitations, units/ref ranges, methodology, guideline version referenced). Four-tier classification: RESULT_VERIFIED / INTERPRETATION_CONCERN / CLINICAL_CONTEXT_MISSING / RESULT_BLOCKED.

QA/QC and change control

  • Do not rename columns without updating validator, documentation and test set.
  • Retain input.csv, output.json, executable version and checksum.
  • Before production use, perform IQ/OQ/PQ or equivalent CSV/CSA verification.
  • Critical limits shall be verified against the approved specification, registration dossier and local SOPs.
  • The utility provides structured QC decision support; final release decision remains with QA/QP and approved procedures.
